Privacy notice
This notice explains the information involved when you explore home-care options, request a guide or arrange a consultation with Inclusive Living Solutions.
Home Care Options Check
The check asks who needs support, Alberta residence and health-coverage status, support needs, caregiver strain, safety concerns, ability to remain at home and direct care, provider preferences, residence type, case-manager involvement, CDHCI status, timing and city. It asks about coverage status, not your health-card number. Your answers produce a general result and an internal score; this is not a public eligibility decision.
While you complete the check, answers and progress are kept in your browser's session storage to help you continue in that session. Completing the check alone does not submit your answers to our lead records. If you submit the guide request after your result, your answers, result category and score are sent with your contact details.
Guide requests and follow-up
Guide requests collect first and last name, phone number, email address and consent. The assessment results form also offers postal code, preferred contact method and time, and optional notes. We record the campaign source, landing page and submission time with the request.
Submitted requests are stored in our Lovable Cloud lead records. We use the information to provide the requested resource, understand the support inquiry and follow up about home-care options with your consent. An intake notification includes contact details and relevant submitted assessment information. Our email service processes delivery requests, delivery attempts and unsubscribe or suppression records.
Please do not include diagnoses, health-card numbers, detailed medical records or another person's sensitive information without their permission. General support needs are enough for an initial inquiry.
Contact form, phone and email
The contact form asks your relationship to the person needing support, name, phone, email, location, service, contact preference, message and agreement that we can respond. Accepted enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud with a submission timestamp for authorized project staff to review and respond. They are not publicly accessible. The success message confirms saved storage, not delivery to an email inbox. Information you choose to provide by phone or email is used to address your inquiry.
We validate submissions, use a hidden spam-trap field and limit repeated submissions from the same email address. A submission reference helps avoid duplicates if a response is interrupted and you retry. Please share only brief support information, not detailed medical records. If saving fails, the form offers telephone and email alternatives.
Consultation bookings and external services
- Calendly: our calendar is provided by Calendly. Opening or loading it connects to Calendly, which handles booking details you enter. After a guide submission, your name and email may be passed to the embedded calendar to prefill the booking form. See Calendly's privacy notice.
- WhatsApp: our button opens a conversation with our approved business number and a prefilled message. You choose whether to send it. WhatsApp handles information under its privacy policy.
- Hosting and media: Lovable hosting, Lovable Cloud and Lovable Assets support our pages, lead records, email processing and video delivery. Requests can include technical information such as IP address and browser details.
- Google: the contact page includes Google Maps, and the site loads Google Fonts. Loading these services connects your browser to Google. See Google's privacy policy.
External services may use their own cookies and storage and may process information outside Alberta or Canada. Their notices describe their practices. A booking, call, email or WhatsApp message is separate from completing the Options Check.
Website activity and browser storage
Pages record interaction events in a browser data layer, including assessment progress, result category, campaign source, downloads and contact or booking clicks. The contact-form event includes the selected contact role, not the other form fields. This does not itself establish that an external analytics service receives those events. Third-party calendars and maps can use their own cookies. Closing the browser session normally clears session-storage answers; shared devices may retain them while that session remains open.
Your questions and choices
You can complete the check without submitting the guide form. Follow-up requires the form's consent. You can withdraw consent, request correction or deletion, or ask who handles your information by contacting us. Email messages may include an unsubscribe option. We will explain what can be done for your request, including any records that need to remain for applicable obligations; no fixed retention period or automatic deletion deadline is stated here.
